Every sale someone tries to say we did not tell them an item was not included. The policies below are in place everyday, all year round, no matter what we advertise.
Please be kind to our staff. They do not receive advance warning of sale dates.
Outlet Store Policies
No additional discounts are applied to items in special sales promotions.
Your membership discount is not applied when an item is already in a special promotion.
The following items are already being sold at their lowest price and are never included in extra store-wide sales promotions;
Feathers*, bath bombs, foam sheets, felt, glitter jars, bead looms, gimp, glue, glue guns, leather hides, sinew and treasure jars.
*some feathers are 50% off and they are clearly marked with signage.
We reserve the right to remove products from this sale
if they are already marked down to more than 50% off.
