channel beads which are available is several shapes and sizes. \u00a0We also used Apoxie Sculpt, some diamond back crystals and a\u00a0Crystal Katana tool.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/commerce.johnbead.com\/eStore2\/frmItemSearch.aspx?searchTerm=apoxie\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.johnbead.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/3-400x393.jpg\" alt=\"Two Part Apoxy\" width=\"400\" height=\"393\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Following the manufacturer&#8217;s instructions I made a small batch of clay. \u00a0<em>It air cures, so no oven needed.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/commerce.johnbead.com\/eStore2\/frmItemDetails.aspx?setItem=74509624\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.johnbead.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/4-400x362.jpg\" alt=\"4\" width=\"400\" height=\"362\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The \u201cchannel\u201d of the bead gives you a perfect place to add clay. \u00a0The edges keep the clay from protruding\u00a0out the sides. \u00a0The wooden tool you see is the\u00a0Crystal Katana. \u00a0It makes picking up the crystals easy and fast. \u00a0You can see in this image how crystals were simply embedded in the clay.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/commerce.johnbead.com\/eStore2\/frmItemSearch.aspx?searchTerm=global%20chic%20channel\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.johnbead.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/5-400x368.jpg\" alt=\"5\" width=\"400\" height=\"368\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>A combination of crystal sizes also helps you to create interesting patterns.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/commerce.johnbead.com\/eStore2\/frmItemSearch.aspx?searchTerm=global%20chic%20channel\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.johnbead.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/6-383x400.jpg\" alt=\"6\" width=\"383\" height=\"400\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0two finished beads air cured for 24 hours. \u00a0Then can now be incorporated into other Global Chic designs.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/commerce.johnbead.com\/eStore2\/frmItemSearch.aspx?searchTerm=global+chic\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.johnbead.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/7-400x378.jpg\" alt=\"7\" width=\"400\" height=\"378\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>We could also pair these finished beads with some of the\u00a0Global Chic Geometric Chain. <em><strong>Options are endless.<\/strong> <\/em>\u00a0You can switch the color of the clay or\u00a0crystals to create unique beads that coordinate with any
